Cutting & Welding
We provide Plasma cutting, profile cutting and Laser cutting. We are equally versatile in the field of welding. To meet the strictest requirements, we have mastered various processing techniques, such as SAC, Submerged Arc Welding (clad/single and multi-wire methods), Hotwire TIG (cladding) and MIG/MAG in even the most ‘impossible’ orientations. According to all common standards, codes and regulations EN, ISO, ASME In addition to following the standard guidelines for building constructions (including EN 1090 EXC Class4 & ISO3834-2) Welding Procedures Specification (WPS) and a Welding Procedure Qualifications Record (WPQR)
Forming, Rolling and Bending
With the availability of fully equipped facilities for rolling and bending we are capable to form a vast range of steel plates, hollow sections and solid bars.
Machining CNC Cutting Milling, Turning, Boring
We are equipped with a unique range of machinery with CNC-controlled machines for milling, turning and boring. We can machine large steel components with precision and accuracy, which allows us to conform to customary tolerances.
With the required component size and complexity, we choose the most efficient machining option to create the finished products and cr steel components as per customers requitements
With the availability of a modern fleet of CNC equipment for milling and boring we can meet the customer requirements up to unit weight of 20 tons.
Assembly & Testing
At the assembly and inspection facilities we can provide inspection, assembly and (FAT) testing. almost any product type.
We provide all the necessary utilities in order to do this so we can carry out our tests with almost any product type.
Blasting & Coating
With extensive experience in coating standards for Offshore Energy, Oil & Gas, Civil and the Maritime sector, we meet the highest requirements in terms of quality and application.
Ship Building
ASO Shipbuilding support local Yards and can offer various options.
With a capacity to build new ships with a tonnage of up to 12,500 DWT we build state of the art vessels
In addition to steel new builds, we build Aluminium vessels such as CTV catamaran among others.
